Pedro de los Molinos, also known as P. des Molins, was a Spanish Baroque composer born in Zaragoza around 1630. Very little is known about his early life, but it is believed that he received his early musical training as a choirboy at Zaragoza Cathedral. He later moved to Madrid where he served as a musician at the court of King Carlos II.

Des Molins is most famous for his zarzuelas, which were a popular genre of Spanish operetta that emerged in the 17th century. His works were performed in some of the most prestigious venues in Madrid and were highly regarded by contemporaries. Among his most famous zarzuelas are "El viento es la dicha de amor," "La Chirinos," and "El indiano."

In addition to being a composer, Des Molins was also a skilled musician, playing the guitar and the harp. His works were heavily influenced by Italian Baroque music, but also included elements of French and Spanish folk music. Despite his popularity during his lifetime, much of his music has unfortunately been lost over time.

Des Molins died in Madrid in 1690, leaving behind a rich musical legacy that continues to inspire musicians and composers to this day.
