Mattio Rampollini (c. 1497 – after 1553) was an Italian composer of the Renaissance era who was active in Florence , Italy. He was employed by the Medici family, a powerful and influential family in Renaissance Florence, and was a colleague of the more famous composer Francesco Corteccia. Rampollini's exact birth and death years are not known, but he is believed to have been born around 1497 and to have died after 1553.

Not much is known about Rampollini's life, and few of his works have survived. He is primarily known for his vocal music, which consists of mainly secular works, including madrigals and canzonas. Some of his works were included in collections of music published in Florence in the 16th century, such as "Musiche fatte nelle nozze dello illustrissimo Duca di Firenze" (Music composed for the wedding of the illustrious Duke of Florence) in which he contributed the piece "Ecco la fida ancella".

Rampollini's style is characterized by clear melodies and simple harmonic progressions ). His works reflect the influence of the early Florentine school of composition, which was known for its use of the "frottola" style, a predecessor to the madrigal.

Despite his relative obscurity, Rampollini's music was well regarded in his time, and he was considered a member of the prestigious Florentine Camerata, a group of musicians, poets, and intellectuals who gathered to discuss and advance the art of music in the late Renaissance period. Today, his music is sometimes performed by early music ensembles and is included in recordings of Renaissance music.
