Guillaume Minoret was a French baroque composer born around April 1650. He belonged to the same generation as the composer Marc-Antoine Charpentier and was known for his contributions to the Baroque music genre. Not much is known about Minoret's life, and even his exact date of death is uncertain, with some sources indicating that he passed away in 1717 while others suggest he died in December 1720. Nevertheless, Minoret's compositions have been recognized for their high quality and intricate musical structure, placing him among the ranks of notable French Baroque composers of his time.
