Giuseppe Apolloni (1718–1790) was an Italian composer of the late Baroque era. Born in Urbino, Italy, Apolloni began his musical career as a singer in the choir of the cathedral of his hometown. He later moved to Rome, where he studied under some of the most notable composers of the time, including Federico Agostino Guglielmi and Giovanni Battista Martini.

Apolloni's career was largely focused on sacred music, and he is best known for his compositions for the Catholic Church. His pieces were often characterized by their intricate polyphony and inventive harmonies. His works were highly regarded by his contemporaries and were frequently performed and published throughout Europe.

Apolloni spent much of his life in Rome, where he held various positions in the Papal Chapel and several prominent churches in the city.
