Etienne-Joseph Floquet was a French classical composer, born in Rouen in the year 1749. He received his musical education in Italy from the famous composer, Giovanni Battista Martini. Floquet was an excellent student, and he quickly emerged as a talented and prolific composer.
Floquet went on to compose numerous instrumental and vocal works throughout his career, gaining recognition for his unique and innovative style. His music was often characterized by its bold and dynamic harmonies, and expressive melodies.
