William Capel Bond (c. 1758 – 1792) was an English composer of the classical period. He was born in Salisbury, but little is known about his early life. Capel Bond had a brief but notable career as a composer before his untimely death at the age of 34.
Bond's music is characterized by its imaginative harmonies and expressive melodies which reflect the influence of his contemporaries, including Mozart and Haydn. His works include instrumental music such as sonatas for harpsichord and violin, and chamber music for wind and string ensembles.
