Antonio Brioschi was an Italian symphony composer who flourished during the first half of the 18th century. He is known to have written a considerable number of symphonies, with at least twenty-six having been preserved in collections. Brioschi is considered a little-known composer, and not much is known about his life or his music beyond his symphonies. However, his compositions have been praised for their beauty, intricacy and lyricism. Apart from his symphonies, Brioschi also wrote trio sonatas and some other works that were published during his lifetime. Although he is less known than some of his contemporaries, Brioschi's contributions to the development of Italian music during the baroque era cannot be ignored.
