Tigran Mansurian is a renowned Armenian composer of classical music and film scores , born in 1939. He moved to Armenia with his family in 1947 and began studying at the Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory in 1956. During his years of study, Mansurian wrote different works of varied genres and developed a unique style that blends traditional Armenian sounds with contemporary classical music.

Mansurian's music is known for its spiritual and emotional depth , often drawing inspiration from religious texts and mystical poetry.
