Pierre Cadac (fl. 1538-1558) was a French composer and singer of the Renaissance, active in Gascony. He wrote both sacred and secular vocal music , including seven masses, a Credo, a Magnificat, and various motets. Cadac was also a choirmaster, and his music was often performed in the churches and courts of southwestern France.

While not much is known about Cadac's life, his music has survived and is still performed today. Many of his works were included in the mysterious motet book of 1539, which also contained pieces by well-known composers such as Nicolas Gombert and Thomas Crecquillon.
