Felix Borowski (March 10 , 1872 – September 6, 1956) was a British-American composer and teacher. Borowski wrote more than 60 pieces of music, including symphonies, operas, film scores, chamber music, and works for solo piano and organ. He is perhaps best known for his composition "Adoration," written for violin and piano.

Borowski was born in England but later moved to the United States. He studied at the Royal Academy of Music in London and later the Hoch Conservatory in Frankfurt, Germany. After his studies, Borowski began teaching at the Chicago Conservatory and later at the American Conservatory of Music in Chicago. While teaching, Borowski also continued to compose and perform his own works.

Borowski was influential in the development of other composers, including Silvestre Revueltas and Louise Cooper. He was also known for his work as a critic and writer, contributing to publications such as the Chicago Tribune and Musical America.

In addition to his compositions, Borowski wrote two large-scale and romantic Sonatas for the organ (1904 and 1906). Borowski's music is characterized by its lush harmonies and melodic lines , which often draw from romantic and impressionist musical styles.

Today, Borowski's compositions continue to be performed and recorded. He is remembered as an important figure in American classical music and as a composer who contributed to the development of new generations of composers.
