Catalina Berroa Ojea (28 February 1849 – 23 November 1911) was a Cuban pianist , music teacher, conductor, and composer, and is considered to be Cuba's first female conductor. She was known for her contributions to the country's classical music scene during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Born in Trinidad, Cuba, Berroa began studying music at a young age, eventually becoming a skilled pianist and composer. She also played the cello and violin and performed in various chamber groups and orchestras. In addition to her performing career, Berroa was a dedicated music educator and founded a music academy in Trinidad.
