Carl Siegemund Schnebeck (1758 – 1806 or after) was a German composer and cellist ). He is best known for his compositions for cello, from which only a few have survived. He lived during the Classical period of music, roughly from 1730 to 1820.

Schnebeck was born on October 26, 1758, and little is known about his early life. He served as a cellist in the court orchestra of Prince Heinrich of Prussia from 1776 to 1786. After leaving the court, he worked as a freelance cellist and composer.

Schnebeck composed music for solo cello, as well as chamber music for cello and other instruments such as the piano, guitar, and violin. Some of his most notable works include his Two Duos Concertans, Op. 13, and his Duo concertant in G major , Op. 12, No. 3 for two cellos.

Despite the limited surviving works attributed to him , Schnebeck's compositions show a distinct originality and quality that set them apart from his contemporaries. He died in Lübben, Germany in 1806 or after.
