A thematic catalog (or thematic index) is a list of works, usually of one composer, but occasionally of a specific collection of a specific institution or of multiple composers, based on medium of performance, type of work, etc. Some may include a detailed description of each work.

A thematic catalog (or thematic index) is a list of classical musical works, usually of one composer. A common feature in thematic catalogs is to show for each musical work the first few measures for identification, which is called an "incipit."

"OP" is Opus, "NO"or "No" is number. Its the way composers had their work catalogued.
