Antonio Palella was an Italian composer and harpsichordist who lived from 1692 to 1761. He was mainly active in the theater and adapted a number of stage works of other composers. New Grove lists one flute concerto by him.

Palella is included in the list of Classical era composers and was known for his contributions to the music scene in Italy during his time. He was contemporary of famous composers like Giuseppe Tartini, Giovanni Alberto Ristori, and Jan Francisci.

Palella passed away on March 7, 1761, at the age of 68.
